A short story from the grandfather of one of my mentors…
“Son, never think someone else can do better than you.
Believe in yourself and good things will happen.
If you hang around a shoplifter, you will learn how to shoplift.
If you hang around successful people, you will learn how to be successful.
Hang around positive people and positive things will happen to you.
Hang around negative people and negative things will happen to you.
You choose which direction you need to go in life.
You always make the final decision.
Find successful people to learn from and watch everything they do.
That, my son, will be your education!”
