Over the weekend, at the I Heart Radio awards Justin Timberlake delivered an amazing speech and I thought you should hear it. 

IF you have ever been doubted or been called weird or strange, this might really fire you up. 

It is sometimes in the times that we think about quitting and the times where no one is supporting our goals that we find our true selves. Know that you can accomplish anything you want if you just stay the path.

Lastly,  Justin Timberlake shared this quote from Theodore Roosevelt:
